Property was large and management was mostly helpful when issues arose, but to be honest that is the only good thing about this listing. We could not sleep in the room with most of the beds because of a water leak that made the entire home stink. Multiple intelligent adults could not figure out how to connect to the WiFi despite efforts with management. The grill was too nasty to use when we hoped to use it one night. The greenery/shrubs were clearly overgrown and without upkeep, running into the deck and walking paths. The crew fixing the leak arrived before our check-out time which made that process a bit more challenging as well. There were other petty issues with the property, but those were the main ones that affected our stay. We are hopeful to receive some compensation for 1 of our 3 nights, since they were unable to relocate us despite having 40 other properties. As previously said, management was mostly helpful, but at times even the conversations were unprofessional and condescending. Just not a great experience overall for the price we paid for 3 nights. Maybe this was a fluke and the water leak and other issues should be given the benefit of the doubt, but I find it hard to believe. I would not recommend this property unfortunately, despite its nice and quiet potential. It was much more hassle than it was worth if you’re hoping for a care-free getaway.
