The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. 'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...
