'We overall really liked the place. Quick walk to grocery store. Bus stop to Chateau Versailles was 200m away. Train to Paris was 600m away. The concerns were we needed better guidance. Arriving outside a locked gate and not knowing if we were at the right place was a bad start. Apparently there was some issue with whom we needed to coordinate. Then the place still needed to be cleaned (already passed check-in time) So it got a quick clean - not a polished clean. (EG my nice black dress got...

'The Janitor/onsite person was effective but overworked.
The host/agent was terrible. Limited communication too late.
They were supposed to inform us of check-in procedures in advance.
They sent nothing until we contacted them on the day on arrival.
They seemed to think their money/commission was earned by their existence and not their services.
If I was the owner I would immediately change rental agents.'

'Hébergement très bien situé, très lumineux. L'appartement est très propre, cosi avec tout le nécessaire. A quelques minutes du château de Versailles.. il est très facile d'accès de la gare.Vraiment, je conseille cet appartement pour ceux qui veulent visiter Versailles et Paris...J'aime bien découvrir de nouveaux endroits mais franchement, si j'ai besoin de revenir, je n'hésiterais pas à reprendre cette location. 'This is a very secure nice home in a really amazing part on the outskirts of France. The local bakery and market were wonderful. Owners have really provided a great deal of information and were very helpful. This was a very nice safe place to stay while we were in France. Convenient grocery store right across the street.'
