Appartementen in Gare de Nice-Pont-Michel

'Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town.'

'Great stay for a group of 5!'

'Excellent, spacious property for our family of 4. Excellent communicaton with the host who was very accommodating. Photos are a true reflection of what you get. It is not modern but it has everything you need. The best feature of the apartment is by far the view from the large balcony! We absolutely loved sitting on the balcony overlooking Villefranche and the many yachts and cruiseships coming and going. We used the local bus a fair bit given the steep incline up to the property. The bus...

'The property was as described however the water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom got my thing wet. Also, the check-in was not flexible at all and getting feedback from the host was not easy. I feel the €65 cleaning fee should have been rebated due to the water leak and none was offered. Over all, okay but not the level of experience expected.'

'Lovely neighbourhood, beautiful apartment, great service from host.'

'Overall, the house was clean, and the location inside the old town was very convenient for exploring the area. However, the central location also meant it was quite noisy. One of the three bedrooms is located in the basement, which was a major downside for us. The stairs leading down to the basement were inconvenient and felt potentially unsafe, with a risk of falling. The basement also had a strong unpleasant smell, and the portable air conditioner was very noisy when running, making it...

'Great location and very comfortable. Close all restaurants and Boulangerie. But be aware of many steps to and from the apartment. You will feel fitter after your stay. Sandrine was most helpful and easy to reach as the office is local. Rating = Very good.'
