'We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

'Posizione buona,parcheggio in zona. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Appartamento funzionale, scarico wc problematico con fuoriuscita acqua da doccia. Da migliorare le indicazioni per entrare in casa e trovare l appartamento. Keybox ok e facile da trovare. Con un po' di adattamento siamo stati bene'

'The key was in a totally different area than stated in emails I received. Thankfully my taxi driver was kind enough to use his phone, as mine would not work, to contact the owner. The location far from the central area but thankfully close enough to the tramway.'
