The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches. 'You get what you expect in this Hausmann-like apartment of this price range, with the pleasant surprises that the property is very quiet and the stairs and small lift are easily used. You are few steps away from a Monoprix and only a stroll into the Marais and the vibrant Rue Montorgueil. The hosts made it possible for us (3 seniors) to check in and check out with ease. 'Das Apartment war eine reinste Katastrophe, nicht buchen!! Ich würde dort nicht einmal für Geld noch einmal einen Fuß hineinsetzen. Die Bettdecken waren zerknittert und unter ihnen Büschel von Haaren obwohl wir sie noch nicht benutzt hatten. Eine fremde Haarklammer auf dem TV-Schrank. Ein alter Algensalat im Kühlschrank ebenfalls nicht von uns. Ein totes Insekt in der Besteckschublade. Dreckige Gläser im Regal. Dreckiger Boden. Defektes Bügeleisen. Defekter Ventilator. Schimmel in der Dusche....

'The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that. '

'Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.'

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

'Heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Nicolas was de perfecte host. Dicht bij 2 metrostations en om de hoek staan velib en lime to go fietsen. Appartement heeft airco, is klein maar fijn en ligt op 6e verdieping maar er is een lift. Bed van 160 breed en dat is groot voor in parijs. Matras is wel wat zacht, maar wel hebben prima geslapen. Mini keuken met koelkast. We hebben niet gekookt, maar er wel ontbeten. Aanrader voor als je iets meer vrijheid wil dan in een hotel'

'Prachtige ruimte'

'The place is significantly smaller than the pictures and much darker. The sofa bed is such poor quality, i have serious back pains sleeping on a half broken sofa bed / bed. There is no AC just a fan that in a very small room made it even more suffocating to sleep or be in. This they do not advertise on the website, it did not help that Paris was 38/39 degree. On my second day of stay the building external code changed and everyone else was informed except me. I was stuck in extreme heat outside...
