'Zeer prettige ontvangst door Sanju. Receptionist . Hij vertelde van alles over Napels en vroeg wat we wilden doen en hoe er te komen.ontbijt prima met goede koffie, ei,yoghurt. Kamer is niet heel groot, wel lekker schoon. We misten wel mogelijkheid om koffie te zetten op de kamer. Balkon kun je niet gebruiken, er is ook niet een apart zitje op de kamer. Maar je kunt wel in de ontbijtruimte gaan zitten.'

'Das Hotel war toll, es liegt sehr zentral, sodass man viel zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, das Frühstück lecker und vielseitig und der Service wirklich geandios. Roberto hat uns schon vor unserer Reise kontaktiert,viele Tipps gegegen und z.B. ein Shuttle organisiert. Magma ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. '

'Na alle positieve beoordelingen zwaar teleurgesteld van dit verblijf. Kamers zijn niet proper en slecht onderhouden. Muren kunnen een nieuwe laag verf gebruiken. Badkamer stinkt en douche heeft verkleurde voegen door slecht onderhoud. Deken op het bed heeft niet eens een dekbedovertrek... heel onhygiënisch! wij hebben er 1 nacht geslapen, en de volgende ochtend een ander hotel geboekt ook al hadden wij voor 4 nachten betaald! Nooit meer! '
