'Thank you for sharing this property. The location was excellent just as we had imagined old town to be. Shopping, dining, sights so convenient, everything walking distance. Loved the lights at night and the open markets. Streets safe at night and well lit. On arrival friendly greeting and great communication. Only a 20min walk from the train. 'It’s a good apartment, well-equipped! I chose this place because it said it had 2 toilets but there was only one. I also chose it because it said it was on street level on the first floor. The first door is indeed street level but to reach the apartment we had to climb some 10 steps to the second door, then some 5 steps to the door to the apartment. This was hard with a heavy suitcase. Location was very good. Close to Port Lympia where we needed to go for the UN Conference. Also plenty of eating...

'Nous étions un groupe de 3 femmes (mères/filles) et avons été très bien accueillis. L’hôte nous attendait à l’entrée du logis, et est venu nous voir à notre départ. Le logis est grand, avec un immense balcon. Il y a de tout pour faciliter le séjour. En plus, l’épicerie est juste en face de l’immeuble. Nous sommes à 6 minutes à pied du train, 5 minutes du tramway et 10 minutes de la plage. Quartier tranquille, donc relaxant après une soirée dans le vieux Nice.
