'The location was perfect - close to the trains/trams, near the water, overlooking the square. It was noisy outside at times, but you knew that going in and people watching from the top floor was entertaining when things were hopping out there. Full amenities that I didn’t even get to fully use due to busy days, but could have cooked, laundry, dishwasher, A/C - it was great!'

'The apartment was on one of the top floors and there is an elevator but it is small, but it works just fine. Check in was easy as the key was easy to find and get. The apartment is plenty of room for 2 people and maybe even three. The bedroom was comfortable (not very big but big enough for sleeping purposes) and the AC worked really well and kept me cool at night. The bathroom was fine but the shower is small. 'Echt een leuke studio op nog geen 200m van de zee. Super gezellig ingericht. We verbleven met onze 2 kinderen van 11 en 13. Prima slaapbank en heerlijk bed. De airco is een verademing. Heerlijke douche. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat dus heerlijk ontbijtje op het terras. De ontvangst was goed geregeld.'

'Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again. '

'Perfect stay! Apartment was great for 3 couples (parents and adult kids with significant others). Quiet and well-equipped. Communication with host was clear and timely. Location just off Place Rossetti was perfect. Beach, marketplace, stairs to Colline du Chateau all just a short walk away. One thing to note is that taxis cannot get to the apartment (pedestrian street) so it’s about a 5 minute easy walk from the drop off to the door.'
