Short walk to the beach, Juan les Pins and Antibes close by, all walking distance. Train and bus station as well so easy to visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse by public transport. Big supermarket at walking distance. We did not need to use our car (only for golf club in Biot). Very kind and responsive owner who was always ready to help!'
