'The locatie of the appartement was perfect, you’re quick on the main streets of Nice, easy to get to the beach (by car due to the heat)
The appartment is a bit out dated but everything you need is there and Therry has been very helpful in facilitating us and quick in responding to requests and questions.
The view and outside terrace are magnificent.
It’s challenging to park sometimes but it can be done. I forgot that there is no AC and it’s was seriously hot 35C. It takes some getting used to.'

'Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum van Nice. Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes).
Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'Rooms are clean but the kitchen and bathroom are in need of upgrades. There is no elevator in the building.If you have a lot of luggage it become an issue. There are High ceilings in the large aptm and pleasant art work on the walls but just outside the building is dirty and there is not a place to dispose your garbage. Newer bath towels and coffee cups are needed but the vibe in the place is good.You feel like you went to visit your sweet grandma!! The apartment keys issue with the agency is...
