'Nice clean room with view at garden Check in /out was easy although there was no staff'

'TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

'We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in La Maison Haute. De kamer was comfortabel, goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, verrukkelijke verse broodjes en croissants met verse jus, goede thee en koffie en op verzoek een eitje. De B&B is gelegen in een gezellige straat met goede restaurants op korte loopafstand. Verder veel galeries en meubelzaken. De B&B bevindt zich boven een winkeltje met allerlei soorten handgemaakte zeep. Daardoor ruikt het er heerlijk en...

'Excellent accommodations. The house is one of Brussels oldest standing houses and has an interesting past which is seen throughout the house. The location is perfect; short walking distance to the main square in old town and not to far from subways. Marc the owner is amazing; goes above and beyond to insure you have a great stay.
