'Absolutely horrible experience renting from this company. We booked what was advertised as a luxury penthouse in Long Beach and instead arrived to a unit in serious disrepair. One bedroom was rendered unusable due to a leaking roof that flooded the room, bathroom doors would not close (eliminating privacy), and there were visible holes in the walls.Maintenance was outsourced and issues were not resolved in a timely or effective manner.
