' I booked our stay at The Palace after reading the 5 * reviews. We wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 25th anniversary and our stay more than exceeded our expectations. The wonderful Giuseppe, Fernando and Raffaela could not have done anything more for us. Prior to our visit Giuseppe organised our taxis and restaurants, he was always available on WhatsApp to help in any way he could. He met us from our taxi and in two minutes we arrived at the most beautiful building steeped in history....

'Bella villa ubicata nella campagna di Galatina, immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. Un pò complicato da raggiungere per via delle stradine di campagna (asfaltate) ma non è un problema perché dopo un paio di giorni si individua bene il percorso. Cordialità e simpatia del proprietario Enrico ti fanno sentire come a casa. Caratteristico e da provare il Trullo riservato alle coppie. 'Fantastische locatie en op en top hospitality. Barbara gaf ons hele fijne tips voor eetadresjes en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het eten bij de Masseria is zo goed dat we daar een aantal keren gedineerd hebben. Heerlijk zwembad en zonnebedjes maakten het compleet. '

'Beautiful renovation in the village. Elegant, spacious, and well-equipped room. Tastefully decorated with designer items. Small kitchenette. Excellent welcome. We arrived late, so we didn't get to enjoy the solarium and pool in the garden. Next time... We had dinner a few meters from the accommodation.'

'Location caratteristica e tranquilla nel centro storico di Matino.Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza quadrupla purtroppo senza finestra utilizzabile appieno ed un po' umida. Nel complesso buona esperienza. Molto bella la terrazza ristorante.'

'Honestly, one of the best boutique Hotels that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so well appointed and although they are updated they fit in perfectly with the history of the property! The staff went beyond and above the call…. Stephania, Daniela, David ….. at the front and the darling server Andrea to name a few. The assistance with the parking was a huge help as well. Recommendations for restaurants and Jewelry shopping were superb. I can not thank them enough for making our stay...

'We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. The room was clean and nicely designed '

'La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....
