Julie took good care of us and was easily reached.The home is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as a wonderful walk along the river. 'It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area '

A few issues - a broken toilet seat which would have been obvious to the cleaner before we came, so not sure how long it's been broken, a very wobbly broken tap in the bathroom too. No bin bags in the bins, and the bathroom bin had no insert so the rubbish would have just gone on the floor, so again cleaner issues presumably.
