« Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. « The gentleman checking us in was very nice and personable. Room was not very clean, we didn’t sit on the couch. Seem to have crumbs from food on it. My biggest issue, our floor smelled like pot all night, by morning the smell was gone, mostly. While there is no smoking, I guess vape doesn’t count. »

« This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. »

« I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer! »

« We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not...
