« This hotel is great. Very roomy. Comfy bed. We walked to the cute downtown area for dinner. »

« Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

« Rooms are very clean, staff is always helpful, Deliscia at the bar is ALWAYS a pleasure to see, she is a wonderful person with a great personality. I stay at this Holiday Inn every time I am in Cedar Falls. The only complaint I have is that this hotel should offer FREE breakfast especially considering the room rates, I have stayed at other hotels around the country that were just as nice that offer complimentary breakfast with your stay and they were better breakfasts than what you charge for at...

« Room was clean, breakfast was ok. The pool was down the whole week we were there. Manager said it was only going to be down for a couple days. Wound up be the entire week. Would have been better to just say it would be down for the week, instead of everyday saying tomorrow it would be open. »

« Okay so coffee should be ready for breakfast. Ice machine should be accessible with bucket.fire sprinklers should not be covered up. General manager was trying to do the work of three ladies up front. Hot tub was also covered in. Misleading. »

« Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed. »
