The lower-level bedroom is excellent for those who struggle with the stairs, and each bedroom has a bathroom. While the house is well appointed, the view here is extraordinary, the morning sun brings glistening water, and the evening brings the Chesapeake breeze. 'Lovely, spacious home in a quiet setting. Ken Island is a beautiful, relaxing spot. Adam was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. You’ll enjoy your stay there!'

'Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle.'

'The cute Annapolis home was right in the center of all one would need. Parking easy and location for walking to nearby sights, restaurants and shops perfect!We felt right at home inside and out. We enjoyed the backyard table for chats and front rocker for watching the world go by. It was quiet and charming!!'

'It's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. You are in walking distance of a really good local coffee place and some good restaurants and bars. I love that there is a walking trail right across from rhe house. Also, the communication with the host was great. They went above and beyond for me.'
