Pool and hot tub were 70-72 degrees. Pool in desperate need of resurfacing. Booked for specific purpose of swimming with kids and it was too cold to get in enjoyably considering recommended temp is 78-85. Front desk stated they could provide partial refund and after waiting 10 days they stated this was not possible after 2 conversations stating it would be. No signage or warning anywhere of non functioning facilities. Hair ball in the bathroom and shower with standing water that wouldn't drain. Breakfast and kitchen staff were very nice and attentive.

I would say 'beware'. It seems that this property has regular occupants on the whole top floor who are 'workers'. They came back from work around 9 p.m. and we had people above us who kept us awake with thumping, jumping, noise, etc. We asked to have our room changed, but there apparently were no rooms which didn't have these construction workers on the floor above. Plus, the manager said that his 'boss' wouldn't let him move us. We have never had this happen at any hotel, Hampton Inn or otherwise, before, where we could'nt be moved. Therefore we cannot really give this property a good rating.

The hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The rooms are small and very dowdy - orange, brown and dark reds! Also the mattress was very hard - certainly not a pillow top. I was looking forward to using the hot tub and swimming pool but not only was the hot tub grimy (not sure when it was last cleaned) but the temperature of the water was less than 70F. The swimming pool had big brown stains on the bottom of it - less than inviting. I returned to my room and had a hot shower instead. On the positive side - the breakfast selection was very good. I have always chosen to stay at Hampton Inns when travelling through the US because of their high quality but this particular hotel was a complete disappointment.

Pool and Jacuzzi need some attention. Jacuzzi was too cold, the drain vent missing it's top and cut my foot, I know how vital reviews are so I won't make this too critical. But the pool was dirty and Jacuzzi faded with a temperature much like a Luke warm bath. The rooms service breakfast and all else were in alignment with Hampton standard just very upset with the swimming arrangement and Jacuzzi as I booked primarily for those features

Kevin at the front desk is great!! He has such a welcoming personality. Our room was great, very clean and I appreciate that. Our bed, however, was not so great. Very uncomfortable unfortunately. I mentioned it to the lady when checking out and she stated they would be getting new mattresses soon. I should’ve said something I’m sure they would’ve given me a room with a better bed.

Lovely stay
Very quiet area even though main road nearby. Restaurants close by. Bed was so comfortable. Have stayed here before and still was not disappointed.

Whirlpool tub in accessible room not Designed for somebody with a handicap. Very difficult to get in and out of the only one grab bar that is not located in a very convenient spot. Other than that no complaints.

Great Hampton Inn stay
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff person was constantly cleaning in the breakfast area. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Not bad for the price but not great either.
We spent a night on our way to our destination and again on our way home. Overall, it's a very nice place but the stay on our trip down was nicer. The desk people were friendlier, the breakfast was nicer and the refrigerator worked better. On the way home, the same refrigerator ruined the food because it started out cold and then seemed to get warmer during the night. When we awoke, the bottles of water were only cool, the ice was not frozen and the chicken and yogurt was too iffy to chance eating. They need to put better instructions on the refrigerator and make sure people know it needs to be set at 8 or 9 to actually work the way it should. On the way home, we also got a chance to check out the pool and we were not impressed. It needs updating and the room is too warm for many people. The water was also a bit murky, so we ended up passing on the use of the pool. With what they charge, they really can and should update the pool area, the refrigerators and perhaps expand their ice and vending area. It wasn't a bad stay on our way home, but we expected better. I would stay there again, but would realize the pool is a no-go and the refrigerator needs to be at 8 or 9 (and set to actually be working when people check-in).
