'Perfect location in Ximending, near the MRT and 10min walking to Main station. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. We first got a very small and humid room with an unpleasant smell on the 7th floor, fortunately the staff moved us to a room on the 9th floor, which was actually a downgrade because the room did not have windows. Despite this fact, this room was more spacious, light and had more comfortable air conditioning. Staff was helpful, but could be more friendly. For example, upon entering and...

'I want to mention the way-above professional standard Staff. My Aunt is 86 and getting a little forgetful. She left a jade pendant in the room - probably of some monetary value - that her husband bought her the first time they came to China 40 years ago. The Hotel staff contacted us with a picture, arranged for a pick up, and my Aunt is so happy! Above & beyond any reasonable expectation!!! '

'The room was a great size, suitable for a sole traveller or couple. The bed was a little firm, however, that's unfortunately expected throughout most of Asia, in my experience. I loved that the hotel is perfect for families with little ones and adults as well. Overall loved my stay due to the perfect location and responsiveness of staff as I was lost trying to find my way out of Taipei Main Station. The instant coffee was the best in out of all my stays. Overall, the staff were really helpful...

'Mooi centraal gelegen. Vlak bij Taipei main station en veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes in de buurt. Kamers comfortabel maar wat aan de kleine kant. Hotelpersoneel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt aan de overkant in Relax 2 wat 'armoedig' en personeel daar niet erg vriendelijk. Hotel is verder zeker een aanbeveling!'

'台北駅の出口(⁠Z4だったかと思います)からすぐ目の前にあります。新光三越の隣のビルですが、普通のビルなので最初ホテルがどこにあるのかわかりませんでした。移動にはとても便利です。 部屋は広く、キレイでした。'
