'Not on The Camino to Santiago (2 hours on foot from Palas de Rei) but a great stop if you want an idyllic getaway in the middle of your pilgrimage, gorgeous views and facilities, Gourmet food and extremely delicious dishes you will not find anywhere else typical of Galicia. We were extremely impressed with the two bathroom comfortable accommodations and very spacious layout.'

'I stayed at Pensión Mirador for one night while picking someone up at nearby Santiago de Compostela Airport. The manager was excellent in advising me where I can eat locally and what all the amenities that were available at the Pensión. The room was clean, as was the common bathroom/shower used by guests. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area for the Camino de Santiago, or any other reason.'

'This property is a hidden gem, the hotel is amazing, the staff too. Nothing is too much trouble. The gardens and hotel common rooms are beautiful and the hotel is in such a peaceful location, surrounded by lush green woods and hills. It’s idyllic!! One of my favourite all time hotels!'

'The staff was friendly. The property gives off a summer camp vibe. You have to walk further down the Camino to get to town for restaurants, although the night we stayed they offered a buffet breakfast and dinner that you could pay for. The room was adequate and comfortable and had air conditioning.'
