'The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and by far the best pillows. It was spacious and everything worked well. The breakfast was good and the pool was mostly clean. I will definitely come back, God willing.'

'We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

'I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. We had planned...

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'
