'I ended up at this hotel when the hotel that I was to stay at canceled my reservation the day that I was to arrive. John went above and beyond to answer any questions and help in any way he could. The food was outstanding. The bar/restaurant was very comfortable. The Marguerita’s were awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was very professional and helpful. The pool / hot tub was beautiful. Highly recommended.'

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'Very convenient location near shopping and dining. Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service until the third day of our stay and not until after I called for room to be cleaned mid afternoon. Guests were leaving their garbage by the small can near the elevators. Lots of rigs parked on premises. Hotel is used for Fed Ex drivers (short stays) and trucks get noisy leaving. On the positive side, very convenient location near shopping and dining. Breakfast was a good with nice host and...

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'
