« This property is neat and tidy. My family had a great time. A lot of wildlife to see. The solar lights and screened in eating area really made the nights so much better with the fire ban. We could still enjoy the outside and played games. The lake is so clean - we had little fish nibbling our ankles! Too weedy for us for swimming, but we all dipped in! Lounging and looking at the water was really peaceful. No complaints! Super private. Great hosts. »

« This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. »

« We had a lovely time as a family sharing this beautiful vacation rental. The property is elegant and well-maintained, there is good climate control inside, and the beds are comfortable. The lake is crystal clear and pristine, and we did a lot of swimming and used the canoe and kayaks. Getting to the lake was easy for all but one of our group, who has mobility issues; access is down a long hill with a pea gravel path. Overall, it was a lovely cottage holiday and we would recommend it to friends. »

« Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. On top of this, the owners provide kayaks and boats you can use to go into the water. Spacious cabins, and we were even granted an additional one complimentary. Overall...

« Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. « Owner is very friendly and spent time to make sure everything was ok. The property lacks essentials. Make sure you bring coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap and shampoo for shower etc. One hand towel in bathroom, and one toilet paper, no towels for showers and none for drying dishes etc. All of this can be fixed with a trip into Sydenham Foodland or some prior planning. The view over the lake from the deck is very nice. We had a great time. »
