Dream apartment with sea view

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, only separated from Lake Constance by the street and a row of houses. It was fully renovated in 2019.

It features 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, and another is directly adjacent to the living room. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area boasts modern amenities, both visually and technically. In addition to the spacious shower room with WC, there is a separate WC.

The living room is equipped with a large TV, with sound provided by Nubert speakers. Each bedroom is equipped with a "the Frame" TV.

You have the entire apartment at your disposal.

We do not live on-site but are always reachable.

Opposite the apartment is the shop of a local fisherman, where you can always get fresh fish and various fish delicacies. Along the promenade, there are numerous restaurants inviting you to indulge and enjoy. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the bathing area along the street, while on the other side, there is a nature reserve.

Public parking is available directly in front of the accommodation and along the street.
