The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It has a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The balcony will be very appreciated in summer, you can enjoy eating outside while enjoying the fresh air and the view of the surrounding greenery.
The apartment is ideally located near the Port of Frejus (13 min walk), the Beach of Frejus (8 min walk) and the Vikings Casinos Frejus (10 min walk). For water sports equipment rental, the Fréjus SublimSky parasailing facility is a 20-minute walk away. Fréjus Aqualand is an 8-minute drive away and for history fans, La lanterne d'Auguste is a 7-minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and you will find many shops nearby such as the Casino Supermarket at 9 min walk and a Franprix at 2 min walk.

Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
