Located in the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. We offer you our bright holiday flat at Freiburg-Herdern, a suburban area right next to the black forest but still close to the city centre with panoramic streets.
The flat is close to popular viewpoints and recreation destinations. The apartment lies in one of Freiburg's best locations at a southern-facing slope with an amazing view of the city, the „Schönberg“ hill, the wine region of „Kaiserstuhl“ and the French Vosges mountains.

The apartment is completely furnished and newly reconstructed with predominantly environmental friendly building material. There is electric current connection in the bedrooms and a solid wood parquet floor.
The quiet location is excellent for nature lovers and on purpose without TV. But of course there is normal mobile network quality (optional Wi-Fi).
The apartment is located on the first and attic floor (with 2 portable fans and air conditioning in the living room in summer) and has two bedrooms, a living space with a small kitchen, a sofa bed, two little dining tables (possibilities to sit, eat and write), a big glass sliding door with blinds (no balcony), a little bathroom with a shower, an entrance area with indoor stairs to the bedroom on the attic floor and a storage place in front of the front door.
Shared use of the checkroom in the hallway on the ground floor (main entrance), where please leave your street shoes. If you do not want to walk up the wooden stairs to the apartment in socks or barefoot, please bring slippers, thank you!
Approximately 50 steps go up from the street to the apartment.
There is a partly covered parking place, a covered storage for bicycles.
A room cleaning and bed linen/ towels service, a lavatory with washing machine and a dryer can be offered according to prior agreement and with an extra fee (no self-service).
The next shopping, dinner and nightlife locations are not far away as well (approximately 1 km away in Freiburg Herdern or Freiburg Zähringen).
Smoking and pets are not allowed in our flat.
The house is situated on a slope and if you are traveling by public transport, you should consider that it is a 15-20 minute walk and the last stretch from the bus or tram stop is uphill! With luggage or as a group or family, we recommend taking a cab from the train station.
