« This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again. »

« This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! Everything was easy and check in/out process were smooth. « This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. « We had a family of 5 stay here. Perfect size house for that many people. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen needed a little more utensils and cookware but other than that it was great. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in shower was awesome. Didn’t realize there was a whole upstairs game area but we didn’t use it. It would be good if you had little kids for them to have somewhere to hang. It was also nice to have extra paper towels and tp provided so we didn’t have to buy that. Thank you...

« We stayed at Coastal Cottage in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for a week with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the house had all the amenities we needed, plus a great deck for enjoying sunsets. We even made use of the canoes! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we created some really great family memories. I’d highly recommend it. Owner is a good host and maintained open communication throughout. »

« Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area. »
