'The hot tub was VERY dirty, there was a thick film around the entire top of the tub. While I understand leaves from the tree, the pool was also dirty. The sauna was not in working order. Our room also had cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like a dirty shower and walls in the bathroom. '

'We had an extremely disappointing stay that I would not wish on anyone. Upon arrival, we discovered that the sofa bed was visibly dirty — it had strange white crystals on the sheets that were deeply concerning. One of the pillows had gum stuck to it, and there was no blanket provided for the sofa bed.
The bathroom was equally unacceptable. The floor was covered in black hair, and the toilet was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival.

'Honestly the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a best western. Tried checking in at 430pm. Was told by the front desk person Hayk, that our room wasn’t ready and will not be ready for another hour. When I asked why he proceeded to say well we’re fully booked… doesn’t make sense because so I reserved a room also… so it’s fully booked which includes my room!

'Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night'

I was in a ground floor room in the middle of the main building. It was a little noisy for me. I live in a very quiet area. A room at the back of the property might be better choice.

'Peaceful and relaxing hotel who have wonderful staff who work very hard for every guest. Property maintained every day. Stayed a week and had everything needed. Felt very safe, extra parking in back, most shopping stores are close to drive to. Only thing is they didn't have treadmill and shower does squeak. Pool and hot tub are amazing.
