This beach property is very affordable ---a “Great place to stay without going broke!” as reviewed by our guests. The house is built on the beach in summer of 2005. It is equipped with full kitchen, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Wash/Dryer, Dish TV, DVD/VCR, and books for rainy day. WiFi is ready for our guests.

Since the beginning of 2021, we have done a lots of improvements to this property: vinyl plank floor (Dec 2021installed ) for entire house, new counter top and more cabinet added in kitchen for more storage also completed, new fridge is in service since 2022. Two bathrooms were remodel with new tile and bathtub on Jan 2021, new faucets are in service for kitchen, and two bathrooms on Dec , 2021. New leather sofa set in living room added, new mini fridge in master bedroom to store drinks. A full size futon was added inside master bedroom, new back door from master bedroom to house back balcony was installed on Dec 2021. New beddings (comforters and sheets) added, all pillows are recently replaced. During Pandemic, we also added new vacuum cleaner, floor sweeper/bucket set, so house guests can keep floor clean during their stay.
Fenced and gated large back yard is pets friendly. New cookware sets and 6 qt slow cooker were added to kitchen in summer of 2020.

New AC system (air compressor and air handler) has been installed since 2018.

New filtering system has been installed for entire house on Mar 2019, filter cartridge is designated for Sulfor & iron removal for well water and replaced on monthly basis. Water will be run through the filtering system before it getting into the house. We will continue to keep up our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.

This beach house is located on a quiet private community by the east end of island and away from the crowd. Views to the gulf and the intercostals waterway from the large covered deck with Baby Gate. Enjoy beautiful sunset view from the master bedroom deck. Plenty of the windows in each room and make the house feel very bright and open.

The property is only 50 steps away from the beach. Cross the bridge into Surfside beach and you're in another world - totally relaxing - do as much or as little as you want. Go fishing, kayaking, surfing, or just relax on the beach. Spend quality family time enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. Plan a reunion, or enjoy the fireworks on the 4th of July or New Years. Sand castles and evening bonfires are possibilities.
Plenty of covered parking, outdoor shower and BBQ grill down stairs.
5 in one game table in living for kids and adults for the raining days!
Beach toys are stocked in laundry basket downstairs.

Walks on the long jetty on the south end of Surfside Beach let you watch the dolphins play!

Nearby is Galveston, where you can visit Moody Gardens, historic homes, and there's always great shopping on The Strand.

House is furnished with 3 queen beds, one twin/twin bunk bed, plus full/queen futons in master bed room, total sleep 10 in bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with Utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and silverware. There is a dining counter, dining table and chairs, deck chairs. Dressers in each bedroom make yourself feel home for your stay. Every room is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, sheet, blankets, and comforters. TV in each room. Bath room towels, hand towels, beach towels are provided.
Second balcony is located outside master bedroom with a beach view, which can be used as a private get away place!

The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program, and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!

Check in 4pm, check out11am; some flexibility may be possible as early check in or late check if there's no back to back rentals going on both arrival or departure day, but must be cleared by owner.
