The beach so near and you can’t beat the calming sounds of the waves and the sounds of nature. The morning walks while the sun rising against the crashing waves so very therapeutic. The beds so comfortable and blankets so soft and clean. We got the much needed rest and sleep now we are fully charged. Definitely both front and back balconies...

'Multiple lists of rules and penalties were very off-putting to everyone in the family. Pillows were worn out and smelly. Sheets were inferior quality and stale smelling. Ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom was off balance and rattled. I washed downstairs sheets after the first night. Washing machine had accumulated sand under the tub and did not seem to wring clothes adequately. I was afraid to even use the dishwasher. So. I washed all dishes by hand! I never got the tv in one downstairs bedroom...

'If you are looking for a property that is well- appointed and right on the beach, this is it. Communications were excellent. Every room was very clean and the deck was comfortable with seating options, grill and fire table. A word of advice for others, is to bring your own drinking water and ice. '
