Calling all beach lovers! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers ample room for families or groups to unwind and enjoy the Texas coast. The Beach Hive is your ideal Surfside Beach getaway, just a minute`s drive from the shore and right next to the vibrant Surfside Jetty Park. The Jetty Park is a 15-acre haven for beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The park has fishing, a playground with picnic areas, and even holds some historic value.

● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Just down the street is the Surfside Jetty Park. The park boasts convenient beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. Feeling adventurous? Take a stroll or bike ride along the scenic paved jetty, stretching nearly two-thirds of a mile into the Gulf of Mexico. Cast a line and try your hand at fishing in the Freeport ship channel, a popular spot for catching redfish, sheepshead, and even sharks. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
