Welcome to Acorn Street! This charming, getaways features a spacious open-concept living and dining area, a full kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an unbeatable outdoor space. There's something for every traveler at this modern, convenient home away from home!

Inside the home you will find three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all with plenty of storage space. The full kitchen offers small appliances, a full set of pots and pans, dishes for the whole family, and more! Gather at the breakfast bar for coffee, or serve up dinner in the dining room. The main living area is completed by a game-night ready sitting area with a Streaming TV. Relax, unwind, and settle in with snacks for a movie or conversation with friends!

Even better is the fully fenced backyard which features a private hot tub, a fire-pit and seating area, a picnic table, a covered seating area with a wet bar, and yard games galore!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

When we arrived an hour early I'm glad they allowed me to check-in earlier than the listed time when I called. The house was very nice and my friends and I enjoyed our stay.However, the most unpleasant thing about this place is the stickers in the yard. They. Got. Everywhere. We were constantly stepping on them in the house, and my friend's foot even started bleeding from one. We hardly even stepped foot in the yard, but they were all in the drive way too. There needs to be some warning or a suggestion to check your shoes for stickers.

Lovely house. Very cozy and the house is close enough to walk to Main Street. It’s about a two blocks up and four blocks down so easy for fairly active people. House was perfect for us. We enjoyed the clawfoot tub, comfortable beds, and a/c that worked well. Cute and comfortable. Note: no dishwasher so cooking is a little harder. In the fall there are burrs in the yard (and all over the area) so we learned not to walk in the yard the hard way. They will stick to the bottom of your shoes and you will find those suckers at 1:00am when you go to the bathroom. We had to vacuum a few times. Stick to the hardscape. Fire pit was nice! Didn’t use hot tub because it turned warm.

LOVE this property! Was able to check in an hour early and host was great about communicating that to me - very helpful to drop off personal belongings and get them out of the August Texas heat! House was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed including plenty of towels. The back yard and enclosed porch were perfect spaces for enjoying a quiet, relaxing time with loved ones. Convenient location and peaceful neighborhood. The “only” thing that would have made this any better is if there had been mirrors in the extra bedrooms when trying to get ready to go out. We made it work and would stay here again. We visit Fredericksburg frequently and I have added this house to my favorites list. Check in and check out processes were the easiest of anywhere I’ve stayed.

Oasis near Main St.

We loved our stay at Acorn St retreat! Our family was in town for an anniversary weekend and this was the perfect spot. Quiet and secluded with lots of great amenities, but still within an easy walk to all the action on Main St. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This house was the cutest! And the location was the perfect distance from Main Street. The bed was comfortable and the decor/design was so beautiful. We really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. I’ve already referred several people and would definitely book again!
