Located in Fraser near Winter Park Resort, this custom-built chalet spans over 3,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests. The open-concept design blends cozy charm with thoughtful functionality, offering mountain views from nearly every room and two expansive wraparound decks.

Sleeping arrangements
The home features 4 king beds and 4 twin bunks, perfect for families or groups. Three primary king suites provide privacy, while soft linens, room-darkening shades, and warm bedding ensure restful nights. A Pack ’n Play crib is also included for little ones.

Gathering spaces
The main living area invites conversation beside the indoor fireplace, with high ceilings and large windows that bring the mountain scenery inside. Downstairs, the game room offers entertainment with a Smart TV, SONOS sound system, Xbox, and board games for family fun.
