The house was family friendly. The youngest child we had staying at the house was 13 years old, so no really small children were with our group. We had issues with getting into the house initially because the cleaning crew was there over an hour late. We were finally able to enter the house around 530pm. They did give us a 100 credit back and a check out time of 11am, so that made up for it somewhat. The house itself was cozy, but not super clean. The bathroom rugs looked like they had not been washed in a while. The floors were also very dirty in the bathrooms. One of the upstairs toilets had a ring around it. The blankets in the living room smelled musty like they had not been washed in a while. There were no curtains or blinds in the basement rooms. The host was amazing! She was very responsive and made communicating very easy. Another issue was there was a power surge and the fridge kept turning off on us. We had to reset the breaker about 4 or 5 times in total to turn it back on.
