'Clean room friendly staff gas station and food stops close by!'

'I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

'The room was clean the king's size room had a table in it. For 2, almost like it used to have 2 queen-sized beds in there. But then they switched it to one bed. So they added the table had a refrigerator iron. Irony, board, microwave coffee pot.Uh, crappy little soap bar only got one. The lobby staff behind the counter. 'We got there on the hottest day of the year, went into the room and it was 85°. Why would you not have air conditioner on on a day like this? It’s old it’s stated the beds are mediocre. We had two very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We were exhausted and did not even feel like calling the front desk. This place is not worth the money at all!'
