'Loved our stay!'

'This was a great stay. Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if...

'Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise'

'The rook was so clean and very nice! Would 100% book again.'

'Good location'

'Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....

'Great location and great breakfast'

'Excellent hotel, great staff. 5-star rating. They even accommodated my super picky 5 year old with a custom made fruit bowl.'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'Bathroom could have been cleaner. Hair from previous guest was visible in the shower and toilet area which is close to the sink.'
