The lack of customer service. Days before check in I realized I made an error and my dates were wrong. I reached out to the hotel and spoke with the front desk. The person I spoke with said he didn’t have the authorization to make an adjustment, but he would have someone call me the next day that could help. No one ever called me back. So my $650 is now gone. I understand if there was nothing that could be done , but you do what you say you will do and call them back , not just ignore your customer and his situation. The customer is the reason a business exists.
