'Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise.'

The house is also a pleasure to wonder around with old antique furniture. Finally the rooms rented are renovated and spacious. 'Lovely apartment - we only stayed overnight as a layover in this charming village but would have happily stayed longer. It was clean, comfortable, attractive and well-equipped, and Claude and Michel were fantastic hosts. The garden was perfect for the dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the garden.
