This hotel was beautiful and had wonderful staff that were always willing to answer questions or just check in and see how we were doing. Upon checking in we received two complimentary drink cards to a local spot that was a great way to explore the town and get introduced to our surroundings. 'The facilities are nice as it is a newer, well kept property. The Highpoint is the staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, or the people who clean the rooms they were as pleasant as could be and willing to do anything they could to assist. I especially want to thank the person who works preparing breakfast. She could not have been more helpful!'

'I purchased the room because it was almost 5 stars. I booked the room for 2 days. I left out after breakfast that first morning and arrived back late that night. House keeping did not clean my sheets or give me clean towels. When I called the front desk, staff told me that the rooms get cleaned every other day. The water took 15 minutes to get hot and the bathroom light went out the second day. This room was a 1 star. The breakfast was delightful.'
