Guests love being so close. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily! Enjoy free WiFi, patio, and space for up to eight. With nearly 1,350 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, you will have plenty of room for family and friends. | | You will enter #116 through a private gated portico and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and large dining area. The spacious living area is highlighted with a flat screen TV and sofa with love seat. | | This unit has three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, flat screen TV and sliding door to your private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen over queen bunk bed with pull-out twin trundle, flat screen TV, large closet and private bathroom. This bedroom has 2 large windows which look out to the private gated portico. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with pull-out twin trundle, flat screen TV, large closet and en-suite bathroom. First floor great condo!!

We loved this property! Super convenient on first floor. You cannot see the ocean but the convenience was worth it for us!! Spacious three bedroom condo with each their own bathroom was a huge bonus! The back bedroom was a lot warmer temperature wise than the rest of the condo but that was the only downfall we could fine at this property! We will be back! Loved Okaloosa Island! Not too much traffic and beaches were not crowded!

A few small issues but it is summer. The toilet in master should be replaced to a newer chair height. A few extra sheets or blankets On first floor you have no control over tenants above unit we lucked out and it was not too bad That being said it seems like owner is upgrading gradually. Could use a drape in small bedroom as it is very warm for sun blocking Unit was very clean and access to unit at checkin and checkout was very easy for older tenants

Convenient location to the beach and Destin. The three bedrooms worked well for our family of eight giving the teenagers their privacy. No beach view from the patio was a disappointment but the ground floor gave easy access to the beach and pool, the pool area was a little too rowdy for us at times.

Beach Squad 2023

Our group of friends and kids stayed at this location, and it was phenomenal. The location was PERFECT to just pull our wagons up to the back door and let our towels and swimsuits lay out and dry without dragging it through the condo. The trundle beds were PERFECT for our small children to sleep on. Huge con but not the owners fault: the steps to and from the beach access was STEEP and took two people to get our wagons on the beach. Luckily, there were workers out there to help, but it was slightly aggravating.

My only issue was having a little anxiety about coming in on a Sunday evening after driving 1000 miles on nothing but a promise that we would get a code at check in time. It worked out perfectly fine but I just plan ahead further than that. Lol.

1st floor unit

The unit was not great. The owners made us feel welcomed but bedding was out dated and kitchen was missing essential things like baking sheets. Also, air couldn’t be turned below 70! Sorry, but for me that’s hot at night! And it was a pain to have to check in at another location instead of having to sent to me like other rentals in the same facility. I would not stay in this same unit again. Love the Island Princess but not this unit.

Gave a 4 but should be 3.5. Toilets need new mechanisms, master runs forever to fill, middle bathroom needed repair, numerous lights were out. Pillows are old and not a pillow. Complex was great-pooletc. Unit needs upgrade and better housekeeping.
