« We love everything about Destin and visit every summer . This visit was to celebrate our soon to be 13 year old granddaughter’s birthday and of course a round of golf for my husband. Everything was amazing and we will be back soon the view , pool and access to the beach really made our trip our unit was very clean and comfortable. Would’ve love to have access to a golf cart to move around campus as we saw others with access to golf carts . »

« We recently enjoyed our week in this property with our friends and our two dogs. It is in a perfect location…walkable to so many things. We especially appreciated the dog-friendliness of the community including the conveniently located pet waste bags and receptacles throughout the community.The condo was very clean and well-furnished. « This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back. »
