SPECTACULAR GULF FRONT VIEWS at this GORGEOUS condo. Relax and enjoy scenic "Emerald Coast" Gulf views right outside your oversized, private patio from your living room and primary bedroom! This 11th floor condo has been completely remodeled and is beautifully decorated. You have a 46-inch flat screen TV with sound system in the living room and flat screens in each bedroom. The convenience of a full kitchen with new cabinets & granite countertops, new dishwasher, new range, new microwave and a full-size washer and dryer. Primary bath has walk-in shower with dual shower heads and guest bathroom has a tub. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and updated cabinetry.

You can access the balcony from the living area and primary bedroom. The balcony is furnished with a chaise lounge and new patio table and chairs for your waterfront dining pleasure. Enjoy the private view of the gulf right outside your room as you watch for the dolphins swimming and the ships sailing while sipping your favorite beverage!

This condo sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms (one king bed in the primary and two full beds in second). Guest bedroom has all new furniture and new flooring was added to both bedrooms in spring of 2020. Family room has new leather recliner and new swivel rocker with ottoman. New primary bedroom furniture was added December 2020, along with new family room sofa and new high-end mattresses on all the beds. Condo was painted top to bottom January 2021 and new custom drapes were installed. As you can see, the owners want to make sure this pristine condo stays updated and has all the comforts and amenities you have at home. If you enjoy tennis you will be thrilled! Five championship clay tennis courts and a tennis center with a world-ranked tennis pro and staff ready to set up matches for you. Enjoy tennis clinics with a friendly, fun group or take some private lessons. (Tennis charges are separate and you need to call for court reservations.). Hidden Dunes also just added 5 BRAND NEW pickleball courts in 2023!

Located on the 11th floor with direct access to the beach you will love the emerald green water and sugary white sands of Hidden Dunes private beach! White Diamond Beach Service is available by calling 850-420-1327 or whitediamondbeach.net. They can reserve beach chairs, table and umbrella set up for you. They will set up and break down for you every day so no hauling chairs back and forth! The exercise room is located on the 1st floor. This condo resort has so much to offer for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

Gated entrance includes 24-hour security staff and there are two parking passes with this unit. Enjoy the 27-acre paradise with shaded walkways, reflecting pools, flowing fountains and a lake with a gazebo. There is even a lighted basketball and children's playground.

The view from the balcony looks just like the picture - amazing! It’s also semi-private, and recessed a little so that you can sit at the table even if it’s a little windy out. The master bedroom also has a wonderful ocean view. The condo was spotless!! Kudos to their cleaning crew. The Hidden Dunes community is gated and seems very well kept. Parking spots were plentiful, and luggage trolleys were available, which is a nice touch. The quality of paper towels and toilet paper was good, which isn’t always the case. The air conditioning worked great. The bed (mattress) was very firm, which is fine for us. Plenty of hangers were available. Everything was in good working condition. The door and beach codes worked fine. We were hoping to take advantage of the on-site ‘fitness center’ but the cardio equipment in there was old and there was not much of a selection. Sadly Gold’s Gym (about 8 mins away) also had a substandard selection of cardio equipment and a hefty guest pass price tag. Communication with the owners was great, we appreciated their prompt responses to our inquiries. The building itself is older but seems well maintained, and it was quiet while we were there. The unit is decorated very nicely and there was a good selection of games and puzzles for use. They really have put a lot of time and thought into making the condo welcoming. The highlights are the outstanding view and the cleanliness of the condo. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing views, absolutely spotless condo-cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything was convenient within the building with carts by elevator, access to pool and beach, restaurants and shopping. Great location! And BONUS points for speedy elevators and a VERY well maintained building!

This was the best place we have ever stayed in for a vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean and stocked amazingly. They were so easy to contact and cared about our stay. The coffee table book of instructions and restaurants and household things was spot on. Check in and out was so easy. The view was amazing. They even had beach toys for our son. The security staff were super friendly. Elevators were fast, parking indoor or outdoor had easy access and direct access to beach, pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent from Pam again!!!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4! Pam was very accommodating and responsive to any messages. The inside of the condo was clean and very well decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony view of the beach is stunning - we loved eating breakfast while watching the waves. The beach was easily accessible which helped make getting to the beach with a 2 and 4 year old stress-free. Would love to stay here again!

Condo is beautiful! Great private location. Love the secured entrance. Owners are great to deal with! Only thing that would have been better is if they allowed canopies/tents on the beach. This was a recent change to the bldg that the HOA no longer allows. There is however the option to use the beach service with one umbrella and 2 chairs at an extra cost. And the owners keep the condo well stocked of chairs and umbrellas that can be set up by them. Pam was very accommodating however when I let her know about this. Highly recommend this condo!

A perfect vacation stay

My family of 4 stayed for a full week in this fantastic condo and we loved everything about it. The condo has a great setup and was cozy. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Easy access to beach and pool. The location was perfect too! The owner Pam is a great communicator and will make you feel comfortable and make sure that everything is taken care of do all you have to do is enjoy your vacation.

Amazing Week!

My family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at this condo June 14-21 and we loved every minute! The condo itself is immaculate, the location is perfect, and the owner (Pam) communicated quickly. We had zero complaints and even though it was June, the beach wasn’t too busy. There is plenty of room (even with all of the beach service that is set up) and the very short walk to the beach was perfect. There are two elevators close to the condo and even though one was down for repair for most of the week, we never had to wait very long and people were so friendly! We loved Miramar Beach, drove the short distance to Destin for some watercraft activities, and ate at a lot of the local restaurants. Overall, it was the perfect stay, in a beautiful area!

Love this Condo

This was the second time we stayed at Hidden Dunes. I have to say it's my new favorite. And this condo has been my favorite in all of our Destin area trips. It's all the about the view for me, but owners put an impressive amount of thought and detail to being a host. Pam's communication was the best so far. I am so thankful for our time there. The view is amazing, the condo furnishings are beautiful and there are small amenities along the way that I was so grateful for. We Loved being there and hope to stay again next year.

The owner is amazing at communicating and checking in during the trip to make sure all is going well. The condo was absolutely stunning with an even better view. We are every meal on the balcony over looking the Gulf of America and the beach.between the playground, pool, pond, beach, views and proximity to Destin it was perfect. 10/10 recommendation to stay here. The kids and us lived every second of it.

We absolutely loved this condo! The balcony views of pool, ocean, sunrise and sunset views were amazing! So cozy, clean and just overall an amazing stay! Also loved the lagoon views while waiting for the elevator. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect family beach trip

What a great week we spent at the beach. This condo was spacious, clean and fully stocked and the location is fantastic. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. but tucked away that you never felt like you were in the middle of it all. We loved every minute staying here — the beach access is amazing & easy and the pool was great. My kids loved swimming there in the evening and it was never too crowded! The only thing I would note is the somewhat “aggressive” set up of by the beach service. We were a little taken aback the first morning when the umbrellas and chairs were configured in such a way as to take up the whole main area right off the beach steps & it would be set up right away like that early in the morning.There is a designated spot to set up your own tent, etc and we never had issues with getting a good spot with plenty of room — however, no one was ever going to fill in as many chairs as they spread out. It was kind of annoying but manageable. Just something to note. (I get that owners might want a designated spot, too. I am only talking about the beach service set up. ) That being said, we enjoyed the chairs, boogie boards, etc well stocked in the condo and would definitely return here to stay again in a heartbeat. It was a great vacation for our family.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean and looks just like the pictures, Decorated beautifully without clutter. Kids even enjoyed the games they have stored for guests. Kitchen had everything available we needed and more. Had a Keurig, blender which made my kids happy! View on balcony is one of the best we’ve had. Beach is beautiful, clean, and crystal clear waters. The pool is clean and maintained. They also have extra beach chairs and umbrella- however no setups are allowed in front of the paid set ups so we just rented a set. it is a very quiet area which was nice for us just to relax. The only downside, which is not the owner’s fault, is the small workout room has older rusted machines with most of them not operating well, if at all. We usually enjoy a daily workout in gym so this was disappointing. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this condo and I would recommend it!
