'When we first walked in the lady at the front desk sat next to the wall and I personally did not see her. When we walked up to her, she had an annoyed tone and was snippy with one worded responses, "ID; Here; Sign This" I'm not in the hospitality business, but I am from Texas and I try to be kind, even when this lady was being intentionally rude. 'stayed there with my family for one day and one night. The staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Breakfast was not a buffet; you could only choose one item from the cart, and anything else had to be paid for. They also charged an 18% service fee. One of the beds was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very old, worn out, and wrinkled—I had to call room service twice to get them replaced.'
