For the location and views alone, this place exceeded every expectation. The communication with the owner was easy! We are so grateful for their understanding when we asked for a short Extention on checkout time to finish watching a live feed of my Uncle’s funeral being held in St Petersburg. It made the whole thing easier for my dad mourning the loss of his younger brother. The unit is beautifully furnished. The kitchen had all the most useful appliances, hand tools and plenty of pans, plates and other dish ware. I was able to make the family favorite lemon linguine and chicken easily with tools on hand. The bare essential toiletries were provided. The essentials in the kitchen, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, dishwashing soap and for running the dishwasher were all available. Plenty for our short visit. The owner also thoughtfully provided for a few loads of laundry; our stay wasn’t long enough to worry about doing laundry but it would have been ideal had we been able to enjoy the beach or pool. For this trip, I had to content myself with the spectacular views afforded by the wrap around balcony so well furnished we could enjoy every aspect of it! I hope this unit pops up as available every time I come to visit my dad at Shell Point. I would make it my number one choice every time!
