« Host was responsive. You’ll love the unit if you love young loud children. They are up at 8:00am poolside with screams of laughter. Even better, it’ll continue thru the evening. Lots of loud door slamming and stomping above you throughout the night. So definitely a great place to stay for active families who love to monopolize the hot tub and pool. « We stayed here for 3 nights and found it very comfortable. We were greeted with a huge box sitting outside the front door when we first arrived. When we took it inside there were more packages in the second bedroom. It’s a good job we weren’t using that room!!! It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking.
