Quick and easy access to the Island of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach as well as so much that Fort Myers has to offer. The Sanibel Harbour Marriott offers a number of restaurants that you may enjoy while visiting, including Courtside Steakhouse, a coffee shop in the main lobby, and more.

Getting Around: We recommend you have a vehicle, as you will want to explore the area. Shopping, eating, and exploring are what this area area known for. The Beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach are world renowned.

Guest Interaction: All the information you will need to get checked in and settled will be emailed to you prior to your arrival, however, if you need assistance, our office is close by. We are located in the Harbour Tower and Bay View Tower located next to the Sanibel Harbour Marriott.

~Yes, the toll is $6.00 round trip. If you have a LeeWay Sticker, the amount will be deducted. Otherwise, there is a Pay-by-Plate policy in place.

~You will have full sized washer and dryer facilities in your Condo to use during your visit.
Can I walk the grounds of the Marriott?
~Yes, there is a walking trail around the Spa, where you could book a treatment if you so desire as well.

Important Property Information: This home is available for single-family and short-term guest stays only. To maintain community standards, commercial vehicles, work trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment are not permitted on the premises.

HOA Application Requirements: Some reservations may require approval from the community association and may not be approved if booked within 5 days of arrival, including a rental application and/or background check. Additional processing fees may apply and are not included in your booking costs. Please note that bookings for February are not confirmed until written notice of approval is provided due to association restrictions. Please reach out with any questions before booking.

Punta Rassa community grounds are currently undergoing a redesign, with completion expected in fall 2026. All amenities are open and available for enjoyment, with the exception of the fishing pier, for which a restoration timeline has not yet been determined.
