Private Beach Access with Incredible Gulf & Sunset Views

Beautiful Fort Myers Beach condo with sweeping views of the Gulf for sunsets, wildlife and starry nights. Views can be enjoyed from living room, king bed and large balcony with direct and private beach access right from the property. Located on south end of the island enjoy many any great bars, restaurants and live music within walking distance. A quick 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers Beach explore more activities and shopping.

Community is a very quiet and relaxing environment. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bath has a shower/tub. The first room has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has one king bed. In the living room there is a queen sofa pullout. The unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies and dinnerware. Dining room table to seat 4 and a high top for 2 on the balcony. The whole unit will be had to yourself which is a 4th floor corner unit.

Swimming pool, tennis court, sauna and shuffleboard are shared within the private condo community. There is one reserved parking spot for your unit and additional guest parking in the lot. Unit is accessed by a smart lock with a unique code for every guest.

Excellent bars & restaurants all over the area with incredible seafood options and more. Live music and entertainment is everywhere! The condo sits right on the beach with a private gate for easy access. Trollies are easily accessible and a cost effective way to get around town. Biking and Ubers are also an available option. Many things are within walking distance as renting a car may not be needed.

FAQ's

-Transportation: Going to and from the airport I would recommend using Uber or Lyft ride(~$45) if choosing not to rent a car. Airport is 45 min away. Going to and from downtown, the trolley is very cheap and easy to use. A trolley stop is across the street from the condo. They run until about 7pm with a route schedule available in the unit. Downtown is 15 min away.

-Supplies: Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella is provided for your use. Dish soap and laundry detergent are also available. We provide a "starter kit" of toilet paper and paper towel of a few rolls. After that, guests are responsible for paper products.

The Beach: Getting to the ocean, it is about 200 yards north and then 200 yards west walking on sand to get around the lagoon and into the ocean. Sometimes when the tide is low there are spots to cut across the lagoon.

-Groceries: A Publix is the nearest full grocery store which is about a 5 minute drive North. CVS, directly across the street, offers a decent selection of groceries which you may find suitable during your stay.

-Coffee: The coffee maker in the unit is a drip coffee machine and we provide a medium roast along with filters for the machine.
