This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island. No need to get in a car the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters. The elevators are NOT working at this time. They are scheduled to be in November 2025. You will need to walk up a flight of steps to get into the unit. Please keep in mind Fort Myers Beach was hit with category 5 hurricane Ian on September 28,2022. The entire island is re-building and has some construction noise. You can reach out to me for updates.
