There is a 28-day minimum for all rentals. This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. The minimum age to rent is 25. All fees are included in the rate paid at time of booking.



This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
