Just across the bridge to the west of the property is Fort Myers Beach's iconic Pier and Times Square - which is the home to some local bars, restaurants and boat/water sport rentals. This center of excitement and activity is just a short distance from the condo.



Just north of Times Square is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park (you have a perfect view of this from the balcony!) a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs, and fantastic beach access for the beach bums! The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay.



A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.



This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pool or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces.
